Wheelchair protest man 'wins police complaint'

The police complaints watchdog has upheld a complaint from a man pulled from his wheelchair by police during a protest, says his lawyer.
Jody McIntyre said police dragged him along the road during 2010's cuts protests.
Scotland Yard later said officers had been right to remove Mr McIntyre, based on the "perceived risk" to him.
Mr McIntyre's lawyer Michael Oswald said the watchdog's report, as yet unpublished, vindicated him.
